

Yarn Swap Results and Upcoming Closures
We wanted to share the "results" of the yarn swap as well as the dates of some shop closures With a HUGE amount of help from you all, we were able to donate NINE moving bags worth of yarn, needles, and notions to Sno-Valley Senior Center. For those wondering, it was around 80lbs of yarn! They were very excited about the community support. Community Yarn Swap and Collection for African Midwives
This coming Saturday 5/30, from 10am-3pm, we'll be having our first ever COMMUNITY YARN SWAP! We are so excited as this has been a much requested event so we're looking forward to providing a venue for this opportunity and, if we're honest, this chance to clean out our own stashes... There are a couple rules Yarn must be full balls/skeins/hanks (no scraps this time, sorry) Yarn must have a tag that describes fiber content (for allergy purposes) Yarn must be clean (no stains)
UPDATED Spring/Summer 2026 Events
MAY 13-17 - Puget Sound LYS Tour From Wednesday, May 13 through Sunday, May 17, we will be part of the annual Puget Sound LYS Tour. A free knit pattern and a free crochet pattern will be available for those interested and there will be 10% off the featured yarns for those patterns. Close But Not Quite
Unfortunately due to a mixture of bureaucratic red tape and heavily delayed shipping times, we are unable to open at this time. We know this is terribly inconvenient timing for some of you and trust us when we say we are also upset by this and are trying everything within our power to get open ASAP. Extension of Store Closure
Greetings from the Island of Duvall, Due to flooding, road closures, and shipping delays, we unfortunately will NOT be able to open tomorrow (Saturday 12/13), as previously expected. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience, we know many of you are eager to come shop, say hi, and get gift cards for loved ones and we are eager for you all to be able to do that! Closed Due to Flooding
Unfortunately, we have bad news, which is that we are CLOSED today due to the flooding. This includes BOTH spin and knit groups. Additionally, we will regretfully be CLOSED on SATURDAY 12/13 as our point-of-sale system will not have arrived yet and also we can't be assured that the flood waters will have dissipated by then. We do plan on reopening Monday 12/15. We hope you all are staying safe and dry in this crazy weather and we hope to see you soon!
